EXCURSION 1: Would you like to ride a donkey for once? Then visit the donkey farm in Kuna. From Viganj, explore the western side of the peninsula for about 35 km far. Turn right in the direction of Trpanj and follow the road via Oskorušno towards Kuna. Now you are already in another world. Rugged rocky landscapes alternate with lush valleys and large wine-growing areas. The panoramic view of the Croatian mainland is breathtaking.
In Kuna, large wine barrels and the silence of bygone times await you. You descend over sharp serpentines to the sea in the tiny fishing village of Crkvice. Above the coast, follow the road to Sreser and then return via Orebić towards Viganj. On the way, taste the famous Dingać red wine or the dry Pos-tup white wine. End the day in a restaurant by the sea in beautiful Trstenik.
EXCURSION 2: Some of the most beautiful beaches on the peninsula are very close to us. One of these turquoise bays is Divna beach, Plaža Divna. By car, drive towards Trpanj and then keep left towards Donja Vrućica.
An earth road continues around the entire tip of the peninsula to Loviste. Note: it is not suitable for cars, but for motorbikes and bicycles. Here you will discover more incredibly beautiful bays.
